RockSolid's Winter Beer Pairing Event

we cordially invite you to join us on January 25th at 6 pm, for our Winter Beer Pairing Event! We've partnered with local catering company, Oakley's Provisions to bring you an evening of fine dining, paired with RockSolid brews!

Chef Oakley’s love of food, family, and fun led her into the food industry at a young age. As a sous chef at Endive Fine Catering in Atlanta, Chef Oakley honed her culinary expertise through 18 years of learning alongside owner and operator, Chef Drew Ihrig. At Endive Chef Oakley was a top-requested chef for executing catering services at Endive's events.

From her experience, creativity, and desire to build a legacy to pass on to her children, Chef Oakley began Oakley’s Provisions, a full-service catering company.

Head Brewer Bryan Crass will present the courses and discuss the reasons for the pairing. It will be an evening of great food complemented by great brews!

1st Course

Gruyere Cheese Stuffed Fried Risotto Balls served with Homemade Marinara Sauce.
Paired with a dry-hopped edition of Cut Above. The crisp, clean finish embodies the session-able stylings of your favorite lager. This particular batch was dry-hopped with a healthy dose of New Zealand Nelson Sauvin Hops for a nice white wine and lychee fruit aroma. 4.2% ABV

Main Course

Beef Tenderloin Filet w/Demi Glace Reduction. Served with two sides: Petit Salt Roasted Yukon Gold Fingerling Potatoes filled with Asiago and Chive Soufflé. Butternut Squash Gratin with Fresh Herbs and Melted Gruyere Cheese. Paired with our Double IPA version of Bohemian Haze. This is the same recipe as our fan favorite, Bohemian Haze, but taken to the next level! More Citra, El Dorado, and Sabro hops provide even greater amounts of the Coconut, Mango, and Pineapple flavors that you love. More malt to balance the huge hop load as well as kick the ABV up from the original’s 6.7% all the way to 9.3%


Cinnamon Coffee crumb cupcake by Jill’s bakery. Paired with our new Chocolate cherry stout, inspired by the classic Valentine’s Day treat. Our brewers started with a base stout that is thick and decadent. Then we dessert-ified this base with huge amounts of real Cherries, Cacao Nibs, and Ugandan Vanilla Beans. 12.1% ABV
