This week at RockSolid! We have a very special Saturday planned, with our Live Art Event in Ball Ground!
On Saturday, April 27th, 2024, artists are invited to paint or draw anywhere in Ball Ground. The art-loving public is encouraged to walk around town to see the scenes and how the artists interpret them.
From 12-3pm, participants set up their easels and paint or draw en plein air around Ball Ground.
Artists will bring their work from the day to RockSolid Brewing at the end of the day for an exhibition and silent auction of their work, 5:00-9:00 p.m. All sales will go to the individual artists.
At 6pm, awards from the juried competition of the day’s artwork will be announced.

Also happening Saturday we introduce our 1st beer cocktail with our barrel-aged Barleywine! RockSolid will offer for $13, Stand By Me, a cocktail of bourbon barrel-aged Barleywine, ginger beer & a chilled sweet cherry. The purchase of this 16oz beer cocktail includes a raffle ticket for a painting by Denise Alberga of a favorite Ball Ground scenescape named Stand By Me.

Can you please clarify the age range for the art event Saturday? In one post it says 21+ and in another it says any age. I just saw this event today, and mt 9 year old would love this, but when you click to register it says you have to be 21+.
